Used 2008 Toyota Prius Standard Hatchback 4D for sale in Chicago, IL
Vehicle Description
We love this car but this two-car family is purchasing a minivan so a third car is not needed.
We purchased this Prius brand new in Oct 2007 and since then we have diligently serviced it on a regular basis with Toyota Dealers initially and then just a single trusted auto mechanic, L and L Auto Service on Western Ave. We've also run a CARFAX report and we'll provide you the report, if interested.
Very clean. No smoking. Typical wear on the leather seats. Comes with WeatherTech mats in the front. The driver-side fog light glass is damaged but it still works (see photo). Bluetooth connectivity for a phone no longer works.
In the beginning, a lot of the miles on the car were highway miles. Since 2012, it's been our short-distance driving car.
New tires were purchased in March 2018. They have 29,000 miles on them and still have good tread (see photo). Hitch was installed by U-Haul.
Because of its great gas mileage (ave 40 mpg city+hwy) and reliability, this would be a great car for a first-time driver or college student.
