Vehicle Description
THE GOOD
-Second owner. Owned it for the last 90k miles.
-Engine and transmission run strong.
-All Wheel Drive, 6 Cylinder.
-Handles with ease in the snow and ice. Never once got stuck in the winter with this SUV.
-All season tires and brakes less than a year old.
-Hitch added 4 years ago. Welded on hitch, 3500 lb tow capacity with 500 lb tongue weight. Great for bike racks, cargo boxes or small trailers.
-Cold AC
-CD Player, AUX in, fold down front and rear seats for transporting large things, power locks and windows.
THE BAD
We are selling because we just bought a mini van for our growing family. It is priced aggressively because it will need a power steering pressure line replaced.
The part is $40 and have been quoted $400 from a local garage to do the job. We presently don't have a shop we love, so instead of having the garage do the work now and upsell a boat load of other stuff, I lowered the price a lot, passing the savings to you. This is a great deal if you know a decent mechanic.
There is some minor rust on the back hatch and a few dents. Interior is very clean but shows some signs or wear. Seat are extremely supportive and comfortable.
Average KBB for this SUV in fair condition is $3700. The price has been dropped to reflect the needed work and esthetic blemishes. This was my daily driver for the last 8+ years and was well taken care of. Just don't want to deal with the work right now because I am very tight on time, my loss your gain.
