Used 2008 Chevy Aveo LS, 160k, 1800 OBO for sale in West Haven, CT
Vehicle Description
Car is still in running condition. Passed emissions last year. Car no longer has registration or license plates, so won’t be able to test drive unless you have your own insurance and license plates for the test drive.
Fairly New alternator (3yrs) battery (2yrs).
Regular oil changes every 5k miles.
Car is being sold AS-IS. It can be used for parts or someone can do some of these fixes themselves. Car needs the following work:
P0137 code. A stud from the catalytic converter was sheared of when trying to replace the flex hose, but still installed fine, no issues.
Driver side Wheel bearing needs replacement.
Driver side CV joint is clicking so it sounds like it needs replacing.
Needs new rear tires.
Rear passenger door on driver side missing door handle.
Front Passenger window works but makes noise when half way down.
Key batteries might need replacement. Door lock on rear passenger on driver side doesn’t always work automatically. Needs to be manually depressed or pressed.
Car has a few scratches and small dents on the body. Front passenger side of bumper is bent and Has small stains on the inside. (See pictures)
This car in better condition is normally $3800, but I am asking $1800 OBO based on some of the issues it has.
