124k miles, 6 speed manual. Great runner with rebuilt transmission done within the last year. All maintenance up to date, no leaks, top drains have been serviced. Stock radio replaced with pioneer deck with Bluetooth/USB input, but still works with steering wheel controls. I can have a conversation via Bluetooth, on the freeway, top down. Black, heated leather seats are in decent shape, with one small rip on DS seat.
-Tires are 6/10, they’re good for more smiles through a season or two, but will need to be replaced within the next 3-5k miles depending on how you are behind the wheel.
⁃ Alrbag light flashes occasionally while driving. Haven’t sorted it out, but doesn’t affect drivability at all.
⁃ Dent on both front fenders, pass side being the worst. A good pdr specialist can knock it out.
This car is an absolute hoot to drive, would make a great weekend runabout, and a great daily (AC is frigid, heat will melt you). Its been a daily for the last month, taking down 40-50 miles a day without a hiccup. 30+ mpg. You’re a set of sticky tires away from an autocross monster, or even a day at AMP.
The NC chassis got a lot of hate because it’s larger than its predecessors. But it gained comfort while not sacrificing what makes a MX-5 an MX-5.
