Vehicle Description
For sale is easily the best car that I have ever owned. This midsize sedan has never let me down, and I wouldn't hesitate take a coast-to-coast road trip in it tomorrow. It is as dependable as they come.
I am the second owner and have had her since 68,000 miles. Currently, my Sonata has about 173,000 miles, and is still running strong. The V6 engine still has plenty of get-up-and-go, and is an excellent highway vehicle. I have an Arctic Start REMOTE start that is 2-way (which means the keychain will let you know if the car starts, or if it’s running), and was installed by Blue Ribbon Auto. They also installed an Alpine head unit to have Bluetooth hands-free calling, with a microphone. This car also comes with a full set of WeatherTech floor liners - front and back - that have kept the carpet in great condition.
Overall, I have taken great care of this car: it has had recommended maintenance done at Missoula Hyundai. Full synthetic oil has been changed every 5,000 miles, plus many 30,000 mile interval services have been done by Missoula Hyundai as well. The CarFax shows all the service records to verify. Additionally, it comes with TWO very NEW SETS of tires, each in excellent condition. The all-seasons are Goodyear WeatherReady, which are snowflake certified as a winter tire, even though you can use them in the summer, or year-round. Those were purchased at Roemer’s Point S. The set of Bridgestone Blizzaks were from Tire Rack and were installed by Point S. They were only used last winter and we did not take many trips on them. Also, good to note that awhile back I got the Lifetime Alignments with Firestone, so I get it aligned about 2 times a year, after each time I switch the tires from summer to winter. This car also has newer brakes and rotors. I redid much of the front end in December 2018: front shocks/struts, controls arms, sway bars, sway bar bushings, and rear shocks/bushings. This car is great in all weather conditions. I have traveled to and from Billings/Missoula in many a Montana winter snowstorm. Specifically with the Blizzaks on, it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever had in the snow/ice. I get about 18-20mpg city, and 26-28mpg highway on average. The interior is in great shape and it has never been smoked in. I do have a dog, but my dog is a goldendoodle, so she does not shed.
As this car is over 13 years old, it has mostly cosmetic flaws but you can permanent plate it and insurance has been extremely affordable. This is a solid and reliable car that can get you from point A to point Z in all four Montana seasons. It would be perfect for a college or high school student, or someone looking for a great commuter car.
It has been my baby, and I’m only selling it because I bought a truck and we don’t need 3 vehicles.
