I’ve owned this car since October 2012 when I bought it with 81k miles. Since then, the car has been regularly serviced and always filled with Shell 93. I kept most of the receipts for parts and/or services done on the car. Engine pulls very strong. Cars with similar modifications have made anywhere between 215 and 235 horsepower at the wheels depending on the dyno. The car was street tuned by a very reputable tuner who goes by the name of “Vit Viper”. Feel free to look him up if you are unfamiliar with his work. I have ran the same tune for 3 years through 100* heat and -2* winter mornings and it hasn’t skipped a beat. The car does burn a little oil. Nothing crazy, but enough that it needs to be topped off every 1k miles or so... I suspect that the valve seals are starting to go. This was not driven by a grandma. I regularly pushed the car on highway entrance rams, and have my fair share of “spirited drives”.
Interior is pretty clean. Previous owner was a smoker, and there are a few cigarette burns on the headliner. Don’t ask me what the stains are on the front seats, as those were also there before I owned the car.
The exterior has seen better days. Famous cheap Honda paint is fading on the roof and hood, but looks much better than a lot of other 8th gens with original paint. Rear bumper has a large crack after a hit and run in a parking lot. I am willing to work with a potential buyer to have this fixed before the sale of the vehicle.
