Hello, and thank you for looking at my van. This is not your typical cargo van... This van was deemed a bit of a rare find. It sits on a full sized 1-ton chassis, has the extended length windowless rear body, equipped with the strong 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel... But comes with a lot of add-ons.
It has privacy tinted power windows, power door locks with a keyless entry remote, AM-FM-CD player. It has a locking storage box in between the front seats. It also has the cargo cage installed, professionally installed rear security locks opened by a separate key, full rear interior trim (Vinyl floor mat, wall trim, ceiling trim). I also installed a leather driver's seat from a Conversion Van (Leather passenger's seat is currently not installed, but will be included). I installed LED driving headlights. It would also come with Ford OEM clearance lighting kit and 2 sets of hubcaps (If you request those things).
Mechanically it has been meticulously taken care of. I never "dogged it out" and abused the truck... The factory stock diesel engine has 142,XXX miles with no power add-ons, or performance upgrades systems. I only straight-piped the exhaust to lower the EGT's. It has been regularly serviced and maintained for many years, by Johnny at 401 Auto Care: Who is one of the most experienced and trustworthy diesel mechanics in the area. The factory sealed steering components have been upgraded to a greaseble system, OEM steering stabilizer from a E-450 ambulance has been installed. Rear braking system was replaced last year. It has recently been serviced with oil change + oil filters, transmission flush + filter, TFT Sensor was replaced, fuel filters, greased rubber bushings, BRAND NEW REAR TIRES installed. Fuel tank and fuel lines has just been flushed and cleaned, and a new fuel pumping unit and fuel screen has been installed
Minor flaws: Paint is not perfect but I'd say it's in fair condition. (Has road rash, rock chips, scrapes, etc.). Although the truck has GREAT braking power, the front brakes might need new pads due to a slight squeak when feathering the brake pedal.
This van is not setup one particular way... So it can be used in a wide array of applications to suit your needs or business: Mobile detailing, mobile mechanic, landscaping, catering, carpentry and construction, parcel delivery, furniture delivery, and so many more applications!
All in all, it has been a great and reliable truck for me, and I really hate to get rid of it... But I don't have much of a need for it anymore. It's time for me to move on to new endeavors... So my loss is definitely YOUR GAIN!
