Used 2007 Chevy Cobalt - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive sale for sale in Medford, WI

2007 Chevy Cobalt 4 door sedan with 2.2L automatic transmission. Car currently has 216,500 miles on it. We have owned this car since 2007 we bought it as a GM program vehicle with 32,000 miles on it. It has been a great little car for us. I drive this car every day and I am going to be as honest and transparent as possible with this ad so please read the entire ad before sending me questions. I want to save you and me time.
The good:
Almost a one owner vehicle that has never been in an accident. Front two tires are only a couple years old and have good tread. New rear brakes drums and shoes January 2020. New front brakes rotors and pads the year before. Oil change and new air filter at 216,000. Great on gas I average 30 miles/gallon. The AC still works great.

Things to know:
This is a base model and has manual windows and door locks. This car does not have Anti-Lock brakes as it did not come equipped with them. This care does not have cruise control as it did not come equipped with it. I have 3 of the original plastic hub caps. I lost one last winter.

The Bad:
The back tires are due for replacement tread is 4/32 and 3/32. If I was keeping this car it would get two new tires before winter. Front driver’s side tire has leaky valve stem I would have this replace while getting new back tires. Our local coop put the two newer tires on for $50 each. The cars check engine light is on. This is due to two things the first is an E-vap sensor. This is does not affect how the car runs as it is only part of the emission control. The second cause of the check engine light is a bad fuel injector. This injector occasionally malfunctions on start up. So sometimes the car will run a little rough as it is “miss firing” but this subsides after about 3 seconds and it runs just fine. Very rarely the injector will malfunction and blow a 10 amp fuse. This injector issue started 3 ½ years ago. I drive this car almost daily and I blow this fuse about once every-other month. I chose not to fix this problem as it has never developed or worsened with time and only occurs at start up and has never happened while driving. I can show you the fuse and have extra fuses in the car.

I will include a screen shot of the KBB value in the images with it set to the Fair (lowest) value. The KBB private party value Ranges from $1,101 to $2,550 with KBB value at $1,826. Knowing that it has the issues stated above I am asking $1,000. Don’t waste my time or yours with low ball offers. If I was keeping it I would put $100 worth of tires on it and drive it just like I have for the past several years replacing a fuse every couple months.
