Used 2006 Toyota Sienna LE original owner for sale in Chandler, AZ

Selling our beloved van.

It now doesn't fit anywhere in the family. Our kids are way too cool for it, they both have sunroofs and push button starts, and even the brother in law found a nicer sedan that doesn't scream "watch out, mom is texting and in a hurry!"

We aptly named this van the Gold Standard, because it's been everyone's favorite car. Whenever we go exploring the votes came in for the van or GS for short. It's an incredibly comfortable ride, and the quad captains chairs makes it it special.

Safety and comfort was our top priority when picking a new car back in 2006 and we picked a very rare LE with the alloy rims and 4 wheel disc brakes. This is how you can tell if a Sienna has the $2500 alloy wheel and stability control.

The van has ice cold AC front and back with separate controls. They are the easy to navigate dials, not that the XLE is complex, but we preferred the dials and the cloth.

The seats are in great condition, however Toyota thought beige was a good choice for the flooring as well, but it's super non-compatible with red kool-aid, which we discovered the very first month. That stain has been there since.
We knew we wanted to keep it "forever" so we did synthetic oil changes (many times bringing the oil M1 from Walmart and asking the jug back to make sure it goes in the car, not the cabinet)

We also did the 100K Toyota Platinum extended warranty but I don't remember anything really crazy being replaced except the 6cd changer and the power door. By the time we had the cd changer replaced, I think we had switched to iPods.

The car developed a floating feeling 2 years ago and we decided to have all new struts and shocks put on from our family mechanic who's one of the top mechanics at Toyota. Now it drives like new again.

We also decided to put 4 new tires on it in January, all from Discount tire with receipts.

Carfax will show 1 entry most likely; when it was brand new and newly tinted my wife backed into an old leaning tree at her office. The repair was a whole new tail gate, which I later managed to damage with a uhaul trailer during a move. (don't unhook a trailer that rear heavy on a sloped driveway; it heaves and comes at you in a jiffy) Well that was fixed, but this time not with a new tailgate, merely bondo and that ended up cracking which I covered with a sticker and called it a day. It's a safe battle wagon, not a show piece.

The good:
Clean van; inside feels fresh, new and you won't believe your eyes when you look down and see the 203,000. Shoot, even the seats feel new; it's a Toyota and meant to last.

Transmission oil has been changed every 60K or so.

In addition to the 4 new tires in January, it has a brand new radiator (May 2021) also done at Toyota with Toyota parts.

Windows/Door locks/power slider all work.

That tail gate.works perfectly though
It's a gold mini-van, not the car you want, but the one you'll learn to love and the one you need if you've read this far.
