3.5 litre V-6, Automatic, 4wd/AWD.

Please note, the vehicle won't start. It was running fine until a week ago. The mechanic said it is likely the timing belt. He wanted to charge me to find out & I said "nope". It's time to let her go to a person who knows about fixing cars.
The good, the bad, and the ugly.
I've personally put 250,000 miles on this vehicle - it's been a fantastically reliable SUV. It's got 290,000+ miles on it and it's still in good shape. The interior is decent, the exterior is okay - there is a little rust forming just in front of the rear wheel wells (see pics). It's got a new battery and decent tires. The AC doesn't blow cold anymore - it can be fixed but I was not going to address that - it's been a back up vehicle for the last 1.5 years.
I've kept this vehicle well maintained and always used Synthetic oil.
It's got a roof rack & 2" receiver hitch too.
The engine turns but won't start - this car will need towed (or repaired on site?).
If you have an 3.5L engine (they are everywhere in Honda Odysseys and Pilots - or know how to fix it - this SUV still has some live in it.
