Used 2006 BMW 330i - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive sale for sale in victor, MT

Current car photos:
These photos were the ones taken by the guy I bought this car from a few days before thanksgiving last week. Except for the lack of items in the car, it looks the same.

Exterior Damage:
-Windshield has a small crack behind the rearview mirror
-Trunk has some body damage
-Back windows won't roll down because the windows are not aligned on the track
-The driver car door handle sticks when opened from the outside
-The left mirror has a limited range of motion when being adjusted. T
-The carbon fiber hood's clear protective coating is peeling so it needs to be sanded and reapplied.
-The black paint on top of the car looks like it was done by an at-home mechanic and needs to be redone.

Interior Damage:
-I've gotten the cigarette smoke smell out of the car.
-The interior is worn. There is some chipping paint in the arm holder area, steering column, and the center console.
-The leather looks worn. I haven't done a cleaning of the interior yet, so it may look better after it's been cleaned. The leather does not have any holes or tears.

Mechanically:
-The right brake pad needs to be replaced then the sensors need to be reset
-Other than that, the engine is working great. There are no oil leaks
-Its an inline 6, 350 hp

Modifications:
-The cat back exhaust makes the car loud. (It's not as loud as a straight pipe but it's still louder than the stock version of this car).
-Carbon fiber hood
-Towing hooks

Gas Mileage:
-30 in town
-50 highway
-It's really super awesome on gas mileage

Who this car is good for:
-The car is reliable, gets great gas mileage, and the a/c and heaters work, so its a good commuter car
-College age-ish students: I feel like someone in this age range would really enjoy the modifications made to the car and possibly the attention the car gets from others on the road
-An at home mechanic that likes to tinker
-Racers /people in car clubs: this car invites people who will roll up and challenge you to a race. I'm not sure how practical that is here in MT during the winter time but that happens.
