Used 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX for sale in Buffalo, NY

It's time to finally time to part ways with my Subie after having it for 5 years. I'm the second owner and got the car at 74,000 miles (Still have original owners info).
Now the cars mileage is 115,XXX. Won't be going up as have a new daily. Clean title, all maintenance is up to date and the timing belt was changed at 75,000 with the motor completely resealed.
Interior and exterior is a 8.5/10 with some rock chips and scratches and usual wear and tear. The car does not leak any oil, coolant or power steering. Heat and AC work flawlessly. The car has been driven through winter and some of the suspension components have surface rust but the frame of the car and body are clean.
Recently have installed new spark plugs, replaced a ignition coil, brand new wheels and tires, full brake flush with new hawk hps+ pads in front and rear with new rotors.
Also did a compression check and the car is healthy at 135-135-140-140. I have a folder full of receipts of all the parts I have purchased in my ownership and have receipts from the previous owner as well.
The only minor issues with the car are that currently the rear right ABS sensor is broken and the ABS light is on, I have the part to fix it and may get to fixing it before I sell the car, also since the car was undercoated
with fluid film in the winter it sometimes stinks when the car is driven hard, have tried to clean it but it still seems to be coming back, only can smell this with windows down or outside of the car.
Sometimes the swaybars squeek over little bumps, but it has never bothered me.

The car will come with a bunch of extra parts as long as the asking price is met, I have a extra trunk with a spoiler that originally came with the car, brand new unpainted Sti bumper with S2AutoDesign Sti Lip
rota wheels (silver) 18x8 et48, full external wastegate setup (IAG uppipe, TIAL wastegate with all springs, dump tube, VF39 off 07 sti with about 107k miles no shaft play with wastegate bracket shut, Invidia catless bellmouth downpipe) this setup is direct swap with the current setup.
Set of stock 16inch wheels with basically brand new Blizzaks, bunch of oil filters with washers, extra set of headlights, bunch of miscellaneous parts as shown in pictures and any stock parts that I may have.

I'm probably forgetting a bunch of stuff but this is all I can remember now.

This car is a blast to drive and will put a smile on your face everytime you drive, I'm sad to get rid of it but I don't have room for 3 cars so one of them has to go.

I'm listing the car at $10,500 OBO with everything that will come with the car, Yes I know this is higher than KBB and NADA but the previous owner easily put in over 10k into the car and I have probably put in over 15k over the past years,
I know I wont get my money back but this a clean example of this car and will not skip a beat which is why it's listed higher than usually, I have receipts of all the work that was done and everything is up to date.
