Used 2005 Subaru Forester for sale in Eugene, OR
Vehicle Description
Pros:
-It only has 120,000 miles on the body
-50,000 on the new motor, (The motor is the Japanese equivalent(EJ20) to the EJ25 that is normally put in it.)
-New Radiator
-New battery put in about 7 months ago
-Clean interior, besides sracth on drivers seat (see pic).
-Timing belt done 2 months ago.
Cons:
-Salvage title due to an accident in the front passenger side.
-The airbag light is on but it has all the airbags replaced.
-There is some noise in the suspension in the driver's side rear that I was told was a rubber bushing that needs to be replaced. No performance issues with that.
-There are some dents and scrapes from the previous owner as well around the car.
-The brakes are also going to have to be done semi soon.
The previous owner didn't tell me that the head gaskets were blown and it eventually resulted in a new motor put in with about 50k miles on it. I had some more work done on the car while it was in the shop and have receipts for it. The car runs great and will keep running for a while. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
