Vehicle Description
that said, it is a 16 year old truck and I want to be as honest as I can be with it, it is being sold as is and is your responsibility the second you decide to purchase it from me. It could run for 5 minutes or 50 years after you buy it, but once i sign it over anything that happens is no longer my problem.
-starting with the bad-
-radio no longer works, im not sure of there is a short and it just needs a new deck or if its more complicated but it is not longer working
-the red airbag light has been on for a couple years and i suspect they do not work and need servicing
-fuel gage doesnt work. It never has as long as ive owned it. it gets 315 miles to a tank in the summer, 300 miles max in the winter.
-check engine light is on, it has been for as long as ive owned it.
-AC doesnt work, i suspect it needs a recharge and a new control board but thats just a guess.
-most likely needs a new serpentine belt soon
-hitch is so rusty it will be a bear to change out
-some rust on the truck
- driver side door panel has cracked
- will need full fluid changes very soon, transmission, front / rear differential, transfer case.
-the good-
-new battery and alternator last year
-fresh brake pads on all 4 brakes
-fresh oil change
-engine and transmission are still as smooth as could be this thing runs and runs and runs
-4 wheel drive still works well
-tires are in probably exactly in the middle of their life
-Brand new license plates and tabs
long story short, years ago i was paid for another vehicle with counterfeit bills, do note if you decide to purchase it we will go to my bank down the road with the title and bill of sale in hand, once the cash is deposited, approved and good to go i will sign the truck over to you immediately after in the bank and it will be yours to take.
