It runs better now with 266k then when i bought it at 197k miles and the details below will tell you why. Just about every major & minor parts to normal wear and tear has been replace.
MAJOR PARTS:
New Turbo/Intercooler/Hoses, Rebuilt rear diff, Engine rebuilt (Cylinder heads, time chain & head gaskets, block was rebuilt), New Fuel Filter/Pump, New Radiator/Water pump/ thermostat, Rear A/C Fan System
MINOR PARTS:
Front end Pulley/Tie-Rods/Ball Joints/Wheel Bearings, Transmission service, fuel injectors, Air & Cabin Filters
REGULARLY MAINTAINED:
Brakes&Rotors, All Fluid, Belts, Tires
The only major thing left to change would be the transmission if it were to go out, but it runs perfectly fine. All other major parts were replaces after 220k or later, so essentially they have less then 40k miles on these parts or a lot less. I have all service records to prove it totaling over $25k in repairs and new parts. So definitely feel like this vehicle was not maintains but is better then the day I first got. With all that invested that is how it should be.
CONDITION: You can see photos for details, but its in more than fair condition on the outside with no major damage, just little dings, and has some rust. I have use silicone seal to fix any leaks that van use to have. Mechanically it has to be considered excellent condition and runs great with so many new parts on there.
Currently I only have 6 seats in the rear as i use it for cargo more as well. Sorry I don't have a good pic of it with all the seats in there.. The last pic is loaded with people is the best thing i could find. But all seat will be included and put back in for a total of 15 seats.
