Vehicle Description
Excellent for local or regional runs with furniture, appliances, or even heavier cargo. Very heavy box built to receive forklifts at warehouses. Can be readily returned to immediate service with some very minor repairs. Box and sleeper could be removed for conversion projects, such as a flat bed or 5th wheel, by someone who is inclined and equipped to do so.

History:
Former express overnight delivery truck. More recently used locally for house cleanouts. Parked unused since 2017.
Reason for selling:
I bought the truck in 2017 to take it out west for work. But, my plans changed unexpectedly when my dad died last year, so I haven't been able to use it as I intended, but I have kept it ready to go. Now that my life plans have changed, I need to get my money back out of it.
Condition: This is a solid truck with lots of life left in it. Top quality Ford chassis, Caterpillar 3126 engine, and Allison 3050 transmission. This was the largest and most powerful medium-duty truck Ford produced in 2004. Starts, runs and drives smoothly. No significant rust.
Honest list of Minor Issues:
- Interior is in fair condition, with some lights not working, worn drivers seat, etc. Sleeper has a musty smell due to a water leak while undriven last year, but the leak has been repaired. Sleeper can be cleaned and deodorized easily.
- Sleeper heater core is disconnected. Condition is unknown.
- Top passenger side corner of box was damaged by previous owner, but has been patched.
- Batteries need reconditioning or replacement to hold charge more than a week without driving.
- Brakes work very well, but may need rear brake shoes soon to pass inspection.
- Passenger side fuel tank failed a safety inspection and was removed. Truck can still be driven with driver's side tank only. Replacements are available from junkyards for reasonable prices.
- Fuel gauge not working due to the missing fuel tank.
- Air horn not working due to crimped air hose that can be easily fixed with simple fittings and hose.
