Vehicle Description
The car has 149,899 miles on it and the tires, brakes, exhaust, and battery, all electrical were in good working order when the motor died from overheating. Within the last 1,000 miles it has been serviced with an oil change, new tie rod ends and an alignment.
I have invested over $6,000 in this car including purchase of it on April 18, 2018 when the mileage was 144,489. On July 14,2018 when the mileage was 145,197 the intake gasket and thermostat were replaced because the motor was leaking antifreeze. Then 3 days later the car was returned to the same repair shop because the radiator was leaking, They replaced the radiator with a rebuilt one and I also now needed a new battery so that was also new at that time. This repair shop is in Altoona, IA; I really got the shaft on that repair.
