Vehicle Description
I purchased this car with low miles from an older couple for reliable transportation for my long commute from k-zoo to holland each day. From the changes in all our lives, I no longer have to make the commute.
The good:
Low miles and still good for many more
New Starter
New rear brakes
Newer front brakes
New coolant tubes (common problem on the 3800), replaced with the aluminum tube, not the plastic ones that get brittle and break
New tensioner pulley
The rims on the car are aftermarket and I also have the original as well
Bad:
Speedometer work sometimes
A/C is really not that cold
Obviously from the pictures, I did hit the back of an SUV that had a hitch in at the time. It was not hard enough to blow the airbags. Actually, I hardly hit the other car but the hitch did go through the grill, radiator, and also messed up the hood latch. Repairs include new radiator, transmission cooler lines, and all fluids drained/replaced. Was able to utilize a used bumper cover, hood, latch, and cooling fans.
I know this car is not perfect, definitely some scratches, dings, dents, and little rust just behind the rear door but it still cleans up nice and is dependable. Please do not waste yours or my time with low balls offers.
