Full disclosure here: We purchased this vehicle 2 years ago. It had only one other owner and was in GREAT condition! About 6 months after we bought it my dashboard was lit up with lights and I thought I had potentially bought a lemon. I took my vehicle to European Auto that specializes in BMW's. They told me that the Engine Control Module ( the computer chip that manages the lights) was malfunctioning. The only thing they could see wrong was the fuel pump which we replaced and a common thing to need replacement. The engine Control Module was $1500 just to tell us what lights were actually suppose to be on! We did not make this purchase.
Over the next 18 months the vehicle treated us great besides the annoyance of a random light coming on and than turning off. Sometimes it was the Service Engine light, the tire pressure, and the airbag light. To me, it was unnerving to have these lights appear and not know if there was anything actually wrong or if the chip was glitching.
On 10/6/20, The BMW just wouldn't start. So that is the status of the car! We are assuming it is the starter.

We have 4 BRAND NEW TIRES that we put on in September 2020. The vehicle has received timely maintenance. If you are a mechanic or would like to have a mechanic look at it you are more than welcome! We also will pay to have the vehicle towed/delivered to your address. Or will discount the price $100 if you tow it yourself.
