It has a scrape on the rear passenger fender , another on the back bumper (see pics) but otherwise straight, including recently polishing the the headlight covers so as you can see it looks great. One of the speakers isn't working and the interior is showing some wear but overall nice inside. One other minor issue is that the drivers door switch that triggers the key buzzer is faulty. This apparently is a common Jetta issue, but I don’t want to bother with it. No oil leaks.
We've only had it serviced by expert VW mechanics and have records of the work done.
Here are the major items we have replaced:
2012: Timing belt/100,000 Mile Service
2014: Shocks and struts
2015: Coolant Expansion tank/service
2016: CV Service (boots)
2019 : Replaced coolant flange, fixed coolant system pressure
2020 : Replaced catalytic converter/battery
Since this model is somewhat rare there may be a Jetta fan out there who will think this is their dream car and will enjoy it as much as we have.
