This is the service/maintenance list that the previous owner gave to me. I have some receipts for the above but not all, as he did some of the work himself.

This is a great car and still a used car, so it does have minor, mostly cosmetic, imperfections:

Some clearcoat/paint wear
Minor dings/dents
Minor seam separation on driver's seat
Dash gauge lights flicker at certain RPM's
Poor AM/FM radio reception

In light of the condition of this car and the repairs/service that has been done, I am aware that it is listed above KBB/Nada private party value!!! The Subaru 3.0L H-6 engine has a reputation for being bomb-proof and does not require expensive timing belt replacement (The H-6's have a timing chain that needs no replacement). This car is mechanically sound with all the service done to keep it running for years to come, as long as you keep up with routine maintenance.

In light of the excellent condition and extensive care on this car, I believe the asking price is fair and worth it. I can drive to Amarillo or Lubbock for a $50 non-refundable security deposit, so I know you are serious. Otherwise, you can come see the car in Clovis.
