Vehicle Description
A 2003 Volkswagen Passat Wagon. This car has been good to me but I think I want something different. It has 196k and some change on it with A LOT of recent work done to it. Let's start it off with the recent maintenance. In the last 5k it has gotten:
-Oil change
-Spark plugs
-fuel Filter
-Motoza Stage 1+ E85 tune with accompanying injectors and the ability to change to different flashes for different octane fuel
-Front brake upgrade to 312mm rotors with new pads(also new pads and rotors in the rear)
-Full emissions delete (Hence the check engine light)
-Front left ABS sensor
At 150k the car also received a new clutch.
At 190k the previous owner also had the timing belt replaced, new tires mounted and balanced, and thermo neck housing along with other work totalling 3300 dollars. I have some receipts otherwise I did call the shop and confirmed with them it was done. Have their info in the vehicle.
The only cons are as follows:
-Cosmetically could use some love both exterior and interior but nothing serious
- ABS is non functional (seems to be the control module)
- E brake is not functional. I believe the rear arms on calipers need lube or replacement as I had it working when I did pads
-Windshield is cracked
- custom exhaust could use some love as it's a bit loud.
Otherwise its been a great car. Also has a built in sub to go with the nice head unit. The roof rack would not come with car for anything lower than asking price as it was purchased new this year for the vehicle. Any questions feel free to contact me.
