We bought this 5 years ago so my wife could safely drive 450 miles a week to care for her Mom a few months as she was dealing with cancer without having to worry about her transportation.
Options include the Mark Levenson top of the line sound system with Navigation. It is rare to find a Lexus LS430 for sale with less then 170K miles for this price.... because they are that good. My mechanic said the LS430 is the best car on the road, never has any problems, just change the oil, add gas as needed, and replace the normal wear items. These are very comfortable, easy to drive, high line cars that are on the road for several hundred thousand miles. The interior is high quality leather and it doesn't show any wear like other cars do after 100K miles. It has plenty of power, 290hp and 23mpg. The tires are in excellent condition as is the the tan leather interior. The black metallic paint has a few blemishes from accidently parking it under a Bradford pear tree, as well as a couple little dings about the size of a quarter. Other then that, the car is in very good condition. It drives great, runs great, shifts smooth, and has plenty of power to move out in a hurry.
