Used 2003 Kia optima se (theft recovery, salvage title) for sale in Edinburgh, IN
Vehicle Description
Bought the car in 2015 as a salvage title with 50k miles it was very nice.
It was the family vehicle for 4 years and was stolen in March of this year.
It was recovered 2 months ago by a farmer.
The damage seen in the pics happened during the theft.
Additionally, the suspension is bottomed out and the car sways if the steering wheel is yanked too hard or you go too fast over a bump or hill.
The catalytic converter is also stolen.
There is a short somewhere in the wiring that drains the battery if left to sit too long. Once charged, though, it can sit up to 6 hours without needing another jump.
I currently have the battery charged and cable disconnected so it will start right up once the cable is secured again.
Front passenger tire is brand new and has 100% tread life and the wheels are aluminum alloy.
The head unit in the pics is not included.
Price is somewhat negotiable but pretty firm, don't waste anyone's time with low balls, please.
I just want a little more than I would get than if I scrapped it since it still starts right up and drives.
