Vehicle Description
The car has 300k miles. If you are a garage mechanic then I believe you could run this car up to 500k. If it goes to a high school or college kid, they'll likely run it into the ground before winter ends.
Pros:
-Engine is strong.
-transmission is strong.
-37 mpg (over 40 mpg on highway if you're willing to go 65 mph)
-tires are good
-brakes are new
-I can drive 78 mph on highway all day. Other than the small electrical problem with starter (see below) I could drive this car to Florida.
Cons:
-electrical problem with the starter. This needs to be fixed. Sometimes the car fires right up, other times it does not. The battery is fine, just sometimes the starter doesn't catch.
-engine is loud. Works perfectly, but it's loud.
-Power steering does not work. Car steers just fine, but you have to muscle it.
-Driver's side door lock does not work. You have to unlock the passenger side, reach over to unlock the drivers side, then walk around to get in.
-Driver's side door handle is broken. It does open the door, just doesn't look great.
-small spots of rust.
