Needs attention:
2 tires, brake system, passenger windshield wiper, and car wash - lol :)
You will need a trailer or tow truck since the brakes don't work (brake lines?). $500 price is FIRM since you'd have a great little spare vehicle for a couple of new tires and a good brake job.
