Used 2002 nissan frontier 2wd - best offer for sale in Fredericksburg, VA

Hello, I'm going to take the best offer I get on this truck in a week or two.
My ex-army father-in-law drove it back and forth to work on base for many years. He took it into the mechanic every month and let them do whatever they said it needed.
He gave it to me about 4 years ago, and my wife promptly jumped someone with the jumper cables reversed, so it fried some electronics. Paid a nissan mechanic several grand to replace all that. It's been pretty much sitting.
Other than that there's a small crack in the radiator that is sealed for now, see pic, the battery was new when quarantine started but it hasn't been drove in over a year.
Tires can't have more than a couple thousand miles on them.
