Ah, the sound of the Ferrari F430-derived V8 breathing through the Fabspeed exhaust is what this car is all about. Very quick, and possessing one of the most aurally pleasing exhaust notes of any car, you must see, hear, and drive this car to truly appreciate it's full Italian character. One pull of the left side paddle and the rev-matched downshift with its accompanying burbles will convince you.

This 2002 Maserati Spyder is finished in Grigio Nuvolari (metallic gray) over a Grigio Scuro (gray leather) interior with Rubino (red) carpets and is powered by a 4.2-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed paddle-shifted electrohydraulic manual transmission. This car and its powertrain are a cousin to the Ferrari F430. Factory equipment includes heated and power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, and factory navigation. Modifications include a Fabspeed exhaust system, an ECM tune, and a BMC air filter. The prior owner was a certified Maserati technician who carried out extensive service including new clutch, drive belts, fluid changes, and an alignment. The clutch holds strong with no slippage or irregular noises present. This Spyder shows 52k miles and is offered with records to 2006, modification receipts, and a clean Ohio title.

The 4.2L 32-valve V8 was rated at 390 horsepower with 330 lb-ft torque when new in stock form, and has since been modified with an ECM tune and BMC air filter. The results of a 2011 dyno run show 373 hp and 329 ft. lbs. to the rear wheels. A recent service included fluid changes and installation of new belts.
