The Good Stuff About This Car…

• Power door locks, power windows, power seating, leather interior, FMAM radio/ CD player with custom aux input, heated seats, sunroof/moonroof.
• Same owner since 2012. Been driving it since I bought it at 96K miles.
• I have maintained all service records during my 8-year ownership of this car.
• I’ve regularly replaced the oil on this car every 3K-4K miles. I have many of these oil change records on hand.
• I’ve done more than $7000 worth of work on this car (outside frequent oil changes) during the 8 years I’ve owned it. It still requires some work on it as all old cars do but I believe if properly maintained this car has another 50K-100K miles left in it (Volvos tend to last a very long time if maintained properly).
• This is a solid car that will get you from point A to point B. Would be great as a first car for someone in high school or college (it was my first car in college).
• Radio was replaced with a custom radio with an aux input so you can use your phone to play music (Original cost - $50).
• All four tires have been replaced twice – once at 95K miles and again at 130K miles. One additional tire was replaced at 150K miles due to a flat. ($370)
• Timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt all replaced at 100K miles ($833)

The Not-So-Good Stuff…

• At 123K miles someone backed into the car while it was parked, leading to the front bumper, radiator, rear catalytic converter, front lamps, hood, grille, pillars, rockers and floor all receiving work or needing outright replacement.
• Back left door was replaced at 100K miles due to collision
• The front and rear cup holders are broken. The rear does work though if you fiddle with it enough.
• Right rear window regulator (window motor) needs replacing
• Car currently has an oil leak. This is a new issue. I’m unsure what it’s due to but likely a simple o-ring/gasket replacement would fix it.
• Some cosmetic issues – nothing major but dents and scrapes on both sides of the car and the rear.
• Outside temp sensor needs replacing
• Front catalytic converter needs replacing
• Front brake pads need replacing
• Keyless remote doesn’t work
• Both inner CV boots are torn – axle replacement needed someday
• Some of the inner dash lights don’t work
• The driver seat is very worn in the middle but still comfortable. Mostly an aesthetic issue. All other seats are in good condition.
• The panel on the left side of the driver seat that holds the automatic buttons is broken but the automatic seat adjuster works fine.
• The car alarm doesn’t make a sound
• Hazard lights turn on when you unlock the trunk if the car isn’t already unlocked. It’s quite odd…
