Used 2001 Land Rover Discovery SE for sale in South Charleston, WV

I am currently selling my 2001 Land Rover Discovery that I purchased from a private seller in Pennsylvania in December of 2015. As a Land Rover enthusiast, it pains me to list this truck for sale but unfortunately for myself I do not have the time or resources to put into this truck. A year ago it was my daily driver to work and was running completely fine minus a few exceptions (typical of older Rover's). Since COVID began i have not driven the car, and it has been sitting for quite some time now.that being said, the battery is very dead and it could use a new tank of gas for starters. This vehicle WILL NEED towed and I have taken that into account for the pricing. The reason that I am not allowing it to be driven away is that it has an issue of a leaking brake line on the rear driver's side wheel. I believe that the caliper has seized, and corroded a section of the brake line leading into the caliper. The truck needs a complete brake overhaul in my honest opinion. It is long overdue for one, and the rotors alone are in pretty bad shape.

-The tires are in decent condition, but need to be rotated. In my opinion, I would just replace them and have a brand new set to start on. However, the tire on the back hatch door is brand new and been covered for the entirety of me owning the car.

-I replaced the head gaskets, valley pan gasket, and cover gaskets 4 years ago (composite head gaskets, so they'll have a much longer life span than the factory issue gaskets). Engine overall is in pretty good shape, and had a basic tune up 2 years ago. Last i drove it, it had an issue with the thermostat raising at idle. I've had this problem before and ended up thinking it was just a faulty thermostat, but i suspect that it may be the radiator needing replaced now. The engine compartment is pretty dirty, as i haven't done any maintenance on it in over a year. A lot of the parts on it are OEM from when the truck was assembled in May 2001. Atlantic British sells a variety of really good stuff for replacements that i advise looking into.

-I believe the parking prawl is not locking on the parking gear. Possibly a tooth has broken off of the gears but i'm not sure. I never looked too far into that, and got used to parking with the emergency brake. However, this will need to be addressed. The transmission needs some TLC, but seems to be in working order. If the car has set for awhile, it tends to stick in 2nd gear for a bit, but will shift.

-The winch on the front should still work, though i've never had to use it personally.

-The front sunroof does not work. Probably needs a new motor and switch. The rear sunroof does work.

-Radio does not work. Unsure of the reason why. I messed around with it some, but never got too deep into fixing it. A/C needs a recharge, and heat works. The passenger seat warmer works, but the driver's does not. Interior is in pretty good shape, minus the upholstery and the passenger seat having a large burn in it (from the previous owner, not me). Passenger door does not unlock, so the door has to be opened from the inside currently. The passenger window is also currently stuck, i just never got around to fixing it. The window motor still works.

-The truck suffered some cosmetic damage a few years ago, as depicted on the pictures of the doors. I tried covering it up myself and did the best i can to deal with it, but in order restore it completely it will need a paint job. Or if you have the equipment to do so then it could be an easy fix.

All that i have listed on here are the only issues with the truck. These are really awesome vehicles if you have a bit of mechanical knowledge, and handle great off-road. I would like to sell this Rover to someone that can restore it to it's full potential.
