2001 Didge Ram. 80k miles. 5.7L Hemi. 4x4.
This truck has a very strong suspension. The GVWR is rated for 9,000 but I believe that is under rated, and should be 11,000.
This truck was not a plow truck it's whole life. I bought this truck and built it into a plow truck. It was used as a back up maybe 8-10x. It is one of the reasons we are considering selling it - we just never used it like we thought we would.
This purchase comes with a lightly used Boss Plow standard duty plow in good condition. Everything is in working order with a brand new wiring harness (1 year old) and remote (1 year old). This plow has 95% of it's life left.
The Western 1.8 ton salter is an older generation model. The same motor powers the spinner and the conveyor belt. It has a newer computer (2 years old) and newer control box (2 years old) and motor (2 years old). I have replaced everything except the plastic bin. It is in good working order.
Price - $19,000.
A nice standard 2 ton Vbox nowadays can run up to $7-12,000 new
A nice boss plow with mount, installed, taxes out the door are easily $6,500-$8,000 new.
A nice super duty or heavy duty truck used with 60,000 miles can run up to $30,000+
I know this isn't new products for sale HERE, but I am not going to give it away.
You can easily make $100's of thousands in snow plowing revenue with this vehicle over the next 5-10 years as is.

***I also have a 2003 F350 with 1.5 ton salter and older generation western plow as pictured. I would consider selling that one if you want a lower milage vehicle (that one has 49k miles). But I would want $23,000 for that set up. The truck drives like a Caddilac! Smooth sailing, beautiful truck for the year.
PS. I do have a small loan on these trucks. At Vibe credit union. We could meet there and pay it off the day of sale.
