But the front passenger tire needs replaced it is full of Fix-A-Flat and is currently flat. Car has been sitting since around November, runs and drives good before that. Just need some fluids and a new battery.

Great first car, cheap to insure, under 200k miles. I can't get a read on the odometer because the battery is dead. Likely won't need to tow if it's jumped or if you just buy a new battery for it.
