Used 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 V6 2WD for sale in Philadelphia, PA

For sale is my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab. 2WD, V6, 4.3L with 182K miles.
Ok so here we go, there is a lot of information I will provide so I don't waste your time and you don't waste mine.
First, cash only, no checks, no shipping.
The pros:
I bought the truck in 2016 for my landscaping business. It is a work truck and definitely not a Sunday driver. Got a good deal on it because the motors was shot. It had 165k at that time which shows on the title. I replaced the motor with a used one with 115k. Aside from the head gasket, all seals, gaskets and even the timing chain was replaced when the new motor was installed. The truck comes with bigger tires with plenty of life, all matching, size and brand. Truck drives flawlessly, shifts are excellent. I didn't even put 20k on it in a year and a half because I sold my landscaping business and have just been using it sporadically and now none at all. Inspection has expired but I'm sure it will pass without a problem. I am selling it because I am not using it and I need a daily beater for my new job. Will consider trades plus or minus cash but it needs to be something I can use, a reliable small suv or wagon. The truck comes with an updated stereo. Older pioneer head unit to which I hooked up an aux cable so a Bluetooth adapter will work. Radio works, just can't push the screen too hard because it will go dark and required a minor tap but it has been working like that since the beginning. Most, possibly all speakers work. It comes with a rear hitch and a backup camera in the rearview mirror. Used a lot when hooking up my landscaping trailer. Camera has a dash cam built in but it does not work. AC works very well. Comes with a fully working spare and a floor jack. Windows all work. Locks all work. All doors open. Has key fob that opens and closes the doors. Battery was replaced when I bought it. Just changed the fuel filter (old one had a small leak)
The bad:
Fuel gauge does not show correct gas level. Fuel is delivered but the floater in the tank does not send the correct signal. Sometimes it does but it's anyone's guess when. Doesn't affect the way the truck runs and I just filled it up to full and zeroed the trip guage to know how many miles I've done on the tank. Usually at 250 I refueled, remember it pulled a trailer so it burned more fuel. It is actually pretty good on gas without a trailer since it is the V6 and 2WD.
It has no heat. The heater core needs to be replaced for it to have heat. I have a new heater core which will be sold with the truck. The hose with the coolant is bypassed so it doesn't not affect the way the truck runs but the heater core needs to be replaced in order to get heat. The heater works only on settings 3 and 4 but that's just a cheap resistor that I might change before selling. The gauge shows low oil pressure. It had shown that for a couple of years now. I have changed the oil pressure switch and the actual oil pump in the motor. It gets oil but for some reason it does not show correct pressure. Mechanic told me it was gunk where the pressure sensor is mounted and literally told me not to worry about it. It has not affected the way the truck starts or runs for over two years.
Finally, it is not too clean. It was and is a work truck. The interior is in good shape. Seat only hads a small tear on the driver side but hardly noticeable. It has its typical rust on the rocker panel but only on the drivers side. The paint is faded and peeling in a few places especially the hood and the center arm rest is significantly cracked from me leaning on it too much. Cheap part to fix. It actually looks good in person despite these flaws. Take a look at the photos and let me know if you want to take a look at it. Please be semi serious at least about buying it. Everything about it you know, no surprises, unless I truly forgot something but that should be it. Text is best but a phone call works too.
Price is 2,300$ and semi negotiable depending on how much interest I get about it, please don't low ball.
