2001 BMW E46 330ci Coupe 5-Speed

I’ve decided to finally put up my E46 for sale. I have a few years left of tuition at CSUN to pay for so this will help. I am not in a rush to sell. You will struggle to find an E46 for sale that is clean titled, 5-speed, 330, and a coupe such as this one that isn't beat on and modded. No check engine lights. Almost everything works like when it came off the showroom floor. The vehicle is not perfect or “mint” as it is turning 20 years old in 5 months. Below is a list of recent maintenance that I have preformed and other information about the vehicle:

-I have gone through the whole vehicle from top to bottom, degreased everything, and wire brushed every bolt and nut and bracket that I came across while doing below maintenance.

-February 2001 build (pre-facelift)

-Clean title in my name

-Just passed smog

-I’ve always garaged it.

-Paint looks new

-Washed every week. Clay bared, polished, and waxed monthly.

-Oil changed every 3,000 miles with Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic 5w-30 and Wix oil filter.

-All stock (except wheels)

ENGINE:

-Engine is original, strong, and has no problems

-3.0l Inline 6

-Compression good across all cylinders

-Doesn’t leak anywhere (completely dry under the whole car)

-New battery

-New alternator

-Vanos checked and working well

-New O2 sensors (all 4)

-New downpipe to mid-pipe gasket

-Ebay short ram intake (has caused no problems so far but will sell the car with stock air box)

-New oil pan gasket

-New oil dipstick O-ring

-Oil pan fully cleaned and degreased. (no metal shavings at any kind in the pan or oil.)

-New oil filter housing gasket

-New Wix oil filter

-Fresh oil change with Mobil 1 5w-30

-New power steering pump

-New power steering high-pressure line

-New serpentine belt

-New A/C belt

-New idler pulley

-Power steering fluid flush with ATF

-New fuel filter

-Fuel system treatment just used last tank

-Removed both fuel pumps, tested them, and cleaned bottom of fuel tank

-New valve cover gasket

-New spark plugs (NGK OEM equivalent)

-New secondary air source hose

-New vacuum lines throughout the engine bay

TRANSMISSION:

-Original 5-speed ZF transmission

-Transmission shifts smooth (shifter detent recall service completed a few hundred miles ago)

-New OEM clutch

-New main bearing

-New pressure plate

-Flywheel resurfaced

-New throw-out bearing

-Just changed the fluid with Redline MTL 75W-80 manual transmission fluid

-New shifter rebuild kit installed (no excessive play in the shifter… tight like the day the vehicle was built)

-Fresh grease everywhere it’s needed.

-Clutch fluid flushed with Castrol DOT 4 brake fluid

DIFFERENTIAL:

-No leaks or weird noises

-Original OEM 2.93 open differential

-Just did a fluid change with Redline 75w-90 fully synthetic gear oil

-New differential cover gasket

-New rear differential bushing replaced with OEM rubber one (PITA)

BRAKES:

-Front almost new pads

-Rear pads have about 75% life left

-New red steel-braided brake lines all the way around

-Brakes flushed with Castrol DOT 4 brake fluid

-All 4 rotors resurfaced

-All brake calipers and back of pad painted a light gunmetal color (accents wheels nicely but not overkill)

WHEELS & TIRES:

-Square set up 18x9 silver Alzor 020 style wheels

-255/35 R18 tires (two newer ones in the front, the back are different tires)

-All 4 wheels and tires have been rebalanced

-Minor curb rash on some wheels and a little bend in one but overall good condition and are balanced

INTERIOR:

-Sport seats

-Sport steering wheel

-M3 shift knob

-Good condition other than some wear and tear on the driver’s seat

-A/C is ice cold. Kicks in quickly even in the triple-digit weather

-Heater blows hot.

-Wood trim wrapped in carbon fiber

-Seats were removed and the whole carpet was professionally steamed and shampooed

-All of the interior lights work including the small digital lights in the gauge cluster

-Window tint on side and rear windows (not too dark)

-Working sunroof

-Both seat heaters work

-Both power seats work

-Stock radio (comes with aux to tape adapter to play music)

-Spare tire, jack, and tools are all in the trunk and in great condition

EXTERIOR:

-drivers door key hole unlocking mechanism replaced (common on e46s)

-Paint is in great condition throughout but there are some dings and scratches here and there but nothing big.

-LED taillights from a M3 (no light codes or hyper flash)

-OEM Xenon headlights

-Ebay halos installed over stock headlights (visible during the day but not too bright)

-New front corner lights (old ones were faded and let in water)

SUSPENSION:

-OEM Sport suspension

-All bushings are in good condition

-Just had a 4 wheel alignment
