Used 2000 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited for sale in College Place, WA

Up for sale is a 2000 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited in good condition.
Runs great and was a daily driver up until a few months ago when my wife got a new car.

The limited came with all the fancy options.

- Leather interior (in great condition)
- Remote keyless entry
- Upgraded stereo with bluetooth, aux in and hands free phone features
- New battery
- Cargo rack cross bars with Thule ski/snowboard racks.
- Cruise control
- Dual front air bags
- Dual front side air bags
- 4 wheel ABS Brakes
- Power locks
- Power windows
- Power seats
- Power heated side mirrors
- Security system/alarm
- Front and rear power sliding and tilting glass sunroof
- Tilting steering wheel
Good:
- This car has made the trip to Seattle many, many times and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it there at a moments notice.
- It is extremely reliable, parts are cheap and it's easy to work on.
- It gets great gas mileage for an all whee drive and is one of the best handling vehicles I have ever driven on ice and snow.
- The tires are practically new with very few miles and manufacture date of February 2019.
- It comes with a set of snow tires mounted on rims with hub caps.
- New stereo just installed with bluetooth.
- New alternator.

Bad:
- The worst thing I can think of is on long steep hills in 3rd gear the transmission starts to smell hot after awhile. I imagine the band is worn. I usually just try to baby it a little to keep it in 4th on the hills near Ellensburg. Luckily there are plenty of Subaru's at pull and save in Spokane so you could throw in a transmission with lower miles pretty cheap.
- Cosmetically there are a few dents, scratches and a little rust and chipping paint on one of the wheels and the windshield has a crack (see photos). I have another set of wheels I am selling if it really bothers you but they take different sized tires.
- The AC worked last winter but didn't blow cold last time I started it up. I may be able to do a recharge if you want.
- Shocks feel like they are worn.
Overall this is a great car that I would keep if I didn't already have too many vehicles.
I am more than willing to give you a thorough walkthrough of everything on the car so you can make a confident decision and you don't have any surprises.
Every uses car has problems but not everyone is willing to point them out to you before you buy it.
