MECHANICAL: The car runs and drives beautifully. IMS Retrofit by LN Engineering in 2017 serial number # 25336 installed at Beck European in Scottsdale and confirmed. The engine runs strong and smooth with no smoke on cold startup or any other time for that matter. In its early years, this car was serviced at Santa Monica Porsche/Audi and Beverly Hills Porsche from 2000 to 2006. I gathered this information from the the carfax report when I purchased the 911. Later years service work done at independent shops including IMS replacement at Martins German and Beck's in AZ. I have done all the research on the service history myself through phone calls and research on Carfax. Milage is accurate. There are no dash warning lights (i.e. no check engine, etc. lights). The Tiptronic automatic transmission shifts great. NO LEAKS whatsoever from any component. The car's A/C will absolutely freeze you out and the heat works just as well.

For 130k the underside of the chassis and engine are exceptionally clean and dry. (see pics) Looks like a 30K mile car.

Major service at the time of IMS replacement in 2017 including new: timing chain guides, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, air/oil separator, Water Pump, and battery. Prior owner also replaced the front control arms (with new ball joints), sway bar links, and tie rod ends. And of course, a full four wheel alignment was completed after these front suspension components were installed.

During my ownership, I have replaced the Catalytic Converters with factory Porsche parts, replaced 2 - 02 Sensors, cleaned the throttle body, changed the oil with Mobil One and I personally called LN Engineering and Becks to verify the IMS service. I have the paper service records for all above-mentioned work I have had done during the past 2 years of my ownership. I have driven the car approximately 7500 trouble free miles. No snow ever and kept in heated garage.

EXTERIOR: As you can see in the pictures, the body is in excellent condition for a 19 year-old car. The paint has been well cared for with a deep shine (recent buff). There are a few small rock/paint chips here and there, but nothing stands out. Headlights are clear and everything works as it should. Overall super clean and this car still turn heads! 18" factory wheels are in good condition showing minor curb rash. Tires are excellent.

INTERIOR: I give the interior an 8.75 out of 10. Driver seat shows minor bolster wear. The interior Is super clean. Again, as you can see by the pictures, this 911's interior does not look its age. Both the driver and passenger seats are powered and the car was optioned with a powered sun/moon roof that works perfectly. Power windows, locks, audio, cruise control, etc. work as they should. The only thing of note on the interior is that the flaps on the back side of the visors are no longer on the car (you can get new ones for $35 each from ECS tuning.

I have put aprox 7500 miles on this car in the past 2 years and it has been a great 911. This car has been put away for always during winter. I recently removed the window tint from the driver and passenger door glass. The quarter glass and rear window tint remain. Will need tires next season.

This is the best 996 on the market for the price...
