The bad news:
Yes, it needs a paint job, but the body is straight. The front wind shield is also cracked but doesn't effect your vision to look forward. The power front seats need a new switch. Power windows also need new switches. This car has a tendency to stall when your at a red light or try to take off fast at a green light, (that's why it needs a tune-up).
It's a car you can work on overtime and as your budget allows. I wouldn't take it on any long trips in it, but around town it's fine.
First thing you want to do is do a tune-up and oil change. This car has been sitting for almost a year. Battery is fine and she starts right up.
