Used 2000 Chevy Blazer for sale in TURTLE LAKE, WI
Vehicle Description
Transmission just went out. Still runs in lower gears. I can drive it around and get it up to highway speed, it just takes a little longer. If you try to gun it, you only get rpms and no acceleration. Took it in to local mechanic and he said the transmission would need replacing.
Its a bit rusty, but in general pretty clean for a 2000. Used to be my Grandmothers car, then I drove it for about 5 years. I routinely bring it in to the local mechanic and have kept up on repairs and maintenance. The only other thing is that it rattles when you start it and begin to drive. Mechanic told me this was the catalytic converter, and that it was not imperative to replace. The rattling settles down once you get going.
Nice set of Yokohama Geolandar tires which are still in good shape. Has 4 wheel drive.
