Used 2000 BMW 323Ci E46 - Original Owner - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in Wheeling, IL

I am an original owner and I bought this car brand new at the end of 1999. Always kept in a garage. Except for a couple of small cracks in the driver seat leather, otherwise vehicle looks inside and outside like a brand new car since it has been very well taken care off. Car drives very well, but currently it requires some repairs - please read whole description for everything that has been recently done and what still needs to be done before asking me questions.

Vehicle comes with real leather, heated seats, premium package (power glass moon roof, wood trim, power front seats, 3-position driver seat memory, auto dimming interior mirror), heated side mirrors, rear CD changer, BBS 17-inch wheels with summer tires (though you will need to buy new tires soon). I also have original 16-inch set of 4 wheels with winter tires on them at extra cost.

Recently, at about 162K miles I have done following repairs:
- Redone most of the cooling system: New radiator, new thermostat, new belt idler pulley and new belt tensioner, new expansion tank with new oil cooler thermostat. Water pump with coolant hoses has been replaced earlier at around 150K miles
- Redone front suspension: new pair of front Bilstein struts with new OEM front strut mounts, new pair of stabilizers/sway bar links, new pair of inner and outer tie rods. Earlier at around 150K replaced Control Arm Bushings.
- Replaced fuel filter
- Changed rear differential oil
- New hood release cable
There many other repairs that I have done over the years, and I have all paperwork and all other records for the last 20 years of ownership. Also around 2012 at about 130K Miles I forced BMW to replace rear sub-frame, which is a common issue on all E46s. This was replaced by the dealership. I have a copy of the repair bill.

Over the years I have done quite a few things myself, but car fixing is not for me any more. Though car drives very well, but currently vehicle needs following work:
- Central Support Bearing for the driveshaft started making noise.
- Two O2 censors need to be replaced - both are post catalytic converter O2 censors
- Mass Airflow censor needs to be replaced.
- One of the ABS censors is bad.
- There is a transmission light on, but I do not feel any difference of how it shifts gears.
- Airbag light is on, but I have been told that it is related to recalls for driver and passengers airbag, that I have not done yet.

Other notable things:
- There was an accident in October 2009. My driver side door was sideswiped by another vehicle. There was no damage to the frame and no airbags deployed. Driver door has been replaced and car has been fully repaired by BMW dealership. I have pictures from accident and full repair bill, so you can see it was not that big of a deal.
