Vehicle Description
- 1983 F350 XL 4 speed 4x4 with a 460
- 1984 F250 XLT automatic 2wd with a 460
- rebuilt 429 w/40k miles
- auto c6 transmission
- full box of misc parts (starter, alternator etc)
1983 f350-
This is the better truck of the two in my opinion. According to the gentleman i got it from It supposedly has an engine knock on the lower end. I haven’t had a chance to confirm or deny yet. However, it didnt matter to me because I have a rebuilt 429 motor with only about 40k on it that I was going to swap in.
1984 f250 -
This was the original donor parts car for the above. It had the same 460 and the previous owner was going to swap it into the white truck however, due to unkown reasons, it caught fire near the carb. He was able to get it put out but still melted plastic under the hood. Again, not a big deal for me because I have this 429.
I do not have the title for either however, I am more than willing to help get them. Both trucks still have vin numbers on them so its not like they are stolen or anything. This was my worry until i went to the dmv and they said they weren’t reported at all. Shouldn’t be hard to get title for white one but I am not sure the story of the brown.
Either way both are full of great parts. Nothing major has been taken off or removed from these trucks besides the batteries. The white one even still has the spare underneath. I havent had them very long but Email me for more info if interested.
If you come with 1 trailer I can use my trailer to tow the second truck within a reasonable distance.
