Vehicle Description
All the important stuff works - runs and drives fine, brakes are good, transmission shifts well, etc. It's been a fantastic "Home Depot car" and "drive up to Mt. Hood to camp/snowboard car" but I just bought something a bit nicer/bigger. If I had more space I'd just keep it but the driveway is getting a bit crowded. I think it will run another 100k miles, or it could break tomorrow; who knows? It's just never given me any issues even with super high mileage.
PROS
-It has been dead reliable for the past 3 years and 7,000 miles
-Tires have about 4,000 miles on them (BFG K02); had alignment when installed
-Bluetooth head unit connected through factory BOSE sound system
-Roof rack, door-steps, custom light bar on roof, custom brush guard and fog lights
-Working CB radio (could use a better antenna)
-Just passed DEQ so good for two years
-Low range diff works
-Heated seats work
-Brand new full-size K02 spare tire
-Sunroof works and doesn't leak
-Survived the 2019 Gambler 500 without issue
-New battery 2019
CONS
-ABS and ESC dash lights always on, no effect on driving
-Sometimes has a coolant level light though coolant is fine
-Windshield weatherstripping is failing, sealed up with FlexSeal for now
-AC needs a charge; heat only works intermittently
-Exterior temp sensor works only intermittently
-Keyless entry fob doesn't work (may just need battery idk)
-Slow power steering fluid leak (I top off about every 3,000 miles)
-Paint looks good visually but is really just rattle can over factory blue paint
-Stereo sometimes buzzes but it goes away the next time you hit a bump
-Intermittent rattle from back seat hardware
-Dull hum from (I think) rear diff; hasn't gotten worse since I bought it 3 years ago
