Used 1999 Honda Accord - price lowered! Need to sell ASAP. for sale in Hygiene, CO

I'm currently selling a 1999 Honda Accord in good condition! I've only had the car two months. The previous owner (a personal friend) had it for about 3 years, and before that it belonged to her cousin, so it's been in good hands for a while! I have the CarFax report that I will gladly send over to you.

There are no major mechanical issues with the vehicle and it has been maintained and kept clean over the years. No crashes and clean title. Current emissions test. Apparently the owner before the previous one reported that there was some kind of odometer issue, however the mechanic said there is no indication of any issues and the mileage reported is almost certainly the actual mileage, but the title does say 0 because of this, just fyi.

I took it for a used car inspection in order to verify that there were no major issues but to also get a list of things that may need service in the future. The shop said that the car is in excellent condition for its age. Heating and A/C work perfectly. Refrigerant recently recharged.

The two most notable things are that the battery will probably need to be replaced soon. It's a bit weak, which can sometimes cause the A/C not to turn on when the car starts. This is solved by turning the car off and back on or it will just kick on after 5 minutes or so by itself. But anyways, the mechanic said that replacing the battery soon should fix that issue.

The other notable thing is that the timing belt will probably need to be done at some point. The previous owner told me that the original owner said he replaced it at 100k miles, but there's no service records to back that up and it's not on the CarFax either. So it's a bit of an unknown, which probably means it needs to be done at some point considering the mileage.

The following service items are not in any hurry to be done and will just be a part of the standard maintenance of the car in the future:
Power steering belt has some cracks
Tires are at 5/32 tread, which is fine but may need to be replaced before a long roadtrip
Brake pads - 3mm on front and 6mm on back
Rear sway bar and links are a bit worn
Left front shock small leak
Left front strut small leak
VTEC Solenoid small leak
Power steering pump very small leak in back

Also 2 cosmetic issues - the driver's side sun visor's holder is a bit worn, which causes it not to stay in place when it's down, so it will whack you in the face unless you get something to hold it there. Also the light on the the dashboard when you switch to the D4 gear is out. So it looks like you have nothing selected when you're in that gear. Other than that, there's just general wear that comes along with the car being older. The paint is pretty worn on the whole body of the car as shown in the pictures. Could probably use a nice detail.

Anyways, that's the overview of everything. It needs a little TLC to be perfect, but it is GREAT car and the only reason I'm giving up is because I bought a van and am embarking on a van/road journey. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability and be 100% transparent and honest with you the whole way. Leaving the state for a few months on Saturday morning and would rather sell this now versus later, so please come take a look at it and give it a test drive!
