Used 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0 Manual NEW CRATE MOTOR for sale in Reno, NV

For sale is a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport TJ with the 6 cylinder 4.0L motor and a manual transmission. This has been my project for the last year, and put a bunch of work into it (with all receipts to show, more than $5k in work done, 1"+ thick folder of paperwork). Great base for a build or just for driving around. Clean and clear title in hand.

Body is decent, 5/10. Paint looks fine from 20', but it's not show worthy for sure. Has scratches, chips, etc, it's a Jeep. Chassis has 264k on the clock, but all the work I've done listed below has been completed in the last year and 2k miles. I've also got the full carfax report on the car. Has been in one minor accident, airbags not deployed. Have photos of the damage, drivers side fender has been replaced.

Rig has AC, cruise control, etc. It's got the factory sound bar, and a jensen stereo. Just passed smog October 2019 no problem. I don't have a rear seat, but I do have the brackets that will go with the rig for future use if you want a back seat. Has a tan soft top, and a secure trunk box. Also includes spare parts listed below.

New crate motor from ATK, with warranty info. All engine sensors replaced with the engine.
Rebuilt HVAC box
New factory AC system (literally the entire system replaced, from the compressor to the lines to the sensors)
New radiator/hoses
New stabilizer bar links
New clutch and hydraulics, flywheel
New water pump, thermostat, hoses
New spark plugs, cap, rotor, coil
New Bestop front seats (vinyl with fabric inserts)
New teraflex cable shift linkage for transfer case
New carpet kit up front
New tuffy locking center console
New HVAC fan, sensors, etc
New vacuum lines and resevoir
New fuel pump, fuel tank skid
New speakers front and rear
New radio receiver with USB, Aux, bluetooth
New LED lights in the dash
New front fenders (driver's side fender was crunched, have pictures to show original)
New floor pans driver/passenger sides
New Pace Setter exhaust header and pipe

AC lines, sensors and compressor (bypass pulley currently installed)

Things it could use:

New tires (old ones have tread, but show signs of age cracking)
New shocks, bushings (I was going to lift it, so haven't gotten there yet, there's a few kits available on CL right now I've been eyeing for this)
Transmission rarely grinds between reverse and first from a stop. I've noticed this on a couple early TJs I've driven, but a rebuild couldn't hurt. Shifting between gears while driving is all good, this only happens rarely from a stop. I don't know when the tranny or transfer case was last rebuilt.
Soft top windows are cloudy, doesn't bother me but wanted to note it
Cruise control engages but takes a few tries to get going.
Two middle bolt inserts for the skid pan are stripped, need to be drilled out/rethreaded or new inserts welded in. Other 4 bolts are holding fine.
AC charge, currently has bypass pull installed. New hoses, sensors, and compressor come with purchase.
Occasional check engine light for multiple random misfire, the engine itself is not missing a beat, so I think it's a sensor issue I haven't been able to pin down yet. No issue with drivability, but wanted to note it. No CEL currently. Has happened twice in the last year and half, both times were on the freeway.
Rear carpet is original and could use replacing
Steering is tight, but the wheel doesn't sit at 12 when driving straight (more like 2'oclock), could use alignment
I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting, all receipts for parts and work I've done included. Put a bunch of money into this thinking I was going to build it out, but found a new muscle car project I couldn't pass up and want to jump on. My loss, your gain.
