Vehicle Description

It Started as a bone stock wrangler but didn’t work for me and my boys to wheel/camp for extended adventures. So I turned it into this. I took 10” out of the original body and made full length slider style protection for the body. The bed is scratch built and is 3.5’ long. Wheelbase is 124”. I was modeling the dimensions on an extended cab Toyota. Ford HP 60 front with 5.13 gears, chromoly 35 spline shafts throughout and a yukon grizzly full case locker. Chromoly Yukon locking hubs also. The front suspension is a custom 3 link/trac bar setup that drives nicer than stock to be honest. It also has hydro assist. The rear is a dual triangulated 4 link. RE 5.5” coils and fox remote reservoir shocks all around. 40” nitto trail grappler tires with 95% tread and custom powder coated h2 wheels. It drives down the highway at 75. Rear 14 bolt with 5.13 gears and a yukon grizzly full case locker also. The engine is a 4.0 and doesn’t leak oil. Shocker, I know. It has an ax15 and the stock 231 t case. I never needed any more for what I use it for so I saw no sense in changing it. The cage is a full on cage. All the seats front and back mount to it and it’s tied directly into the frame. Corbeau seats front and back. It has a warm winch, some fancy red rock lights, and overall it’s just a kick ass rig. The downside is I just don’t get to use it anymore with my life. I let the entire year worth of tag registration go by without ever driving it aside from moving it in and out of the garage to work on other stuff. The red paint looks shiny in some of the pics, but I intended on dragging it through the sticks so it’s not as clean as it shows up in the pics. I did one of those roll on krylon paint jobs on it when I built it. So if you expect a show quality paint job, this isn’t it. However, people still compliment it every time I’ve ever taken it out.
