Vehicle Description
In 2015 I had major autobody and other repair work done, including repair and paint rear quarter panels to fix wheel well rust, replace rear bumper, power-clear headlights, replace front and rear brake lines, replace rear bumper support and rear wheel control arms.
In addition to other previous repairs, in 2013 I had the hatchback door mechanism replaced, and in 2008 I had the transmission replaced. A few more recent repairs include replacing the sun visors in 2015, replacing the gas tank filler neck in 2016 and replacing the alternator in 2017.
Because it hasn't been driven at all in more than a year, the battery is now dead and one rear tire is flat. Also, the hood has become so difficult to open that now it cannot be closed down tight until it is fixed, or it will be very, very hard to get open.
So that's the status. I almost sold it in 2015, but when I put it on Craig's List, so many people wanted to buy it that I thought, well, this is crazy, why am I selling it, when I love it myself? So I put about another $2,000 into it. Now it really needs someone more knowledgeable, a mechanic and Honda aficionado, to take it the next leg of its journey, whatever that may mean. I don't know why Honda stopped making this design. It's awesome.
A few other notes: A patch of the glossy finish on the roof has worn away. Also, a bit of the repaired wheel well work got slightly chipped while it was parked in a parking lot (see photo), but it still looks very good.

P.S. It's the model with the rear window wiper and the high-quality paint.
