Here are some known issues:
1) Check engine light is on. (I checked the code and it read as a bad O2 sensor. I changed 1 out of the 4 sensors and the light is still on. Oxygen sensor may effect fuel-mix ratio and lower gas mileage performance.)
2) Emergency brake light sensor is on. (From what I can tell, the emergency brake is not stuck, and there is no drag while driving.)
3) Slow oil leak.
4) Tailgate hatch handle is not operating correctly. However, the tailgate can still be operated.
5) Slow coolant leak.
6) Rust, scratches, and dents.
BOTTOM LINE: Despite these known issues, you still get a good work truck. Without putting any money into it, it can make you money. Or take the time to fix some issues and have a very good work truck.
