I'm sorry, but I had to have some fun with this Lincoln by putting on a Mercedes hood ornament on it and calling her my Mercedes Lincoln Town Car Congressional Signature Series Sedan. I do have the original hood ornament if you want to change it, but the Mercedes one kind of grew on me. I've put over $1,000 into this white whale including a new steering box, oil adapter, belt and tensioner and alignment. The best part is the body which is nearly rust free, very straight and has that cool pearl white paint that shimmers in the sunlight. The second best part is how she starts right up and floats down the road with tight steering, no noises and a 4.6L motor that will last forever. The undercarriage, as you can see in the pictures, just has surface rust. The interior does have some rips on the front driver's seat and arm rest and I was considering getting covers for those, which are available. All the options work including power windows, locks, mirrors, seats, trunk and gas door. It even has that cool trunk closer that functions properly. However, the cruise is not functioning. The person who owned it before me put in a big screen Kenwood stereo system with USB, Bluetooth and other options that I haven't even tried and it has this huge power PB amp and bass speaker setup. Honestly, I'm an old fart who has no idea how this newfangled stuff works, so I'll leave ALL of that to the new owner. A condition report indicated no Carfax issues with this behemoth and she has a clean title.
