Safety and registration 🤙🏽
From previous owner in August: “it has newer tires from lex Brodie, I just put in a new alternator in December, the front struts have been replaced as well as the tie rods and ends, thermostat and radiator have also been replaced.”
Since I got it I had an exhaust leak fixed cheaply without getting whole new exhaust put in.
-Burns some oil because it’s 25 years old
-Front windows need guidance going up, they get off track.
-Rear passenger window doesn’t go down
-No working radio, not sure if the one in the car works if plugged in?
-No a/c, but blows hot air
-Inside Driver door handle broken but opens with lever mechanism. Can order new one for $10 I just didn’t care to.
-seats have 25 years worth of riding on them.. not pretty but that’s why they make seat covers!
-turning wheel left while at speed sounds louder than normal..might be an issue with bearings but not sure exactly, never took to shop.
-on 2 occasions I noticed the tachometer needle jumping as I’m driving, but no variance in actual RPMs. Looked up and could be bad sensor, but hasn’t done it since then.
