Used 1994 Ford Ranger for sale in Minneapolis, MN
Vehicle Description
The Good: Always runs, we've never had any engine trouble or transmission trouble and there's no sign of any coming down the line either. Manual transmission, if you're into that (I suppose you probably won't be reading further if you're not eh?). The topper is included in the price. Decent full-size spare tire. Two little seats in the back of the cab so it legally can seat four passengers. Oil changes every 4000 miles or so since we bought it 30,000 miles ago. It was built in St. Paul, Minnesota (we checked the VIN). Cool bumper stickers (in our opinion).
The Bad: Brakes are functional - you can drive this car safely as it currently exists - but need lots of work, and the parking brake doesn't work either. There's a radiator/coolant leak which you have to stay on top of, and also if you don't keep filling up the coolant, you won't have any heater to speak of. No exhaust system or muffler - it runs loud. Front passenger tire has a very slow leak. There are several other small things wrong with it as well, but those are the big ones. Oh, and the cassette player is broken - sorry, cassette fans. The radio still works though.
The Ugly: Lots of rust. Dents here and there. The topper has a broken latch. Dented front bumper. I'm probably forgetting some more cosmetic damage to the exterior. The interior ceiling fabric is missing. And, maybe you won't think the bumper stickers are cool after all.
