This 1993 Jeep YJ has been configured with a Blue Torch Fabrication rear axle extension. The wheelbase is now 102 inches instead of the factory 93.5 inch. The engine has been replaced with a fresh Marshall 4.0L with less than 19K miles on it, and it does run very strong. To accommodate the rear axle extension the vehicle was equipped with custom made Alcan 51-inch-long heavy-duty leaf springs with rear orbitals from Alcan. It also has been upfitted with the Ford 8.8 Axle swap in the rear end with disc brakes and Yukon Axle shafts with a Detroit rear locker. The front axle in the heavy-duty high pinion Dana 30 with 30 spline “Super 30” axle and bearing kit mated to an OX front locker. The Jeep sits on leaf springs (SOA) springs-over-axle. The Jeep was painted so all body parts are a Metallic Forest Green to include the set of half- hard doors. The transfer case has been modified with the tera-low 4:1 4wd low kit. The front and rear differentials are equipped with Yukon 4.88’s. The Jeep does have a full-cage kit from Mountain off-road enterprises (M.O.R.E).
